Our Story

PreviewMe isn’t just another AI tool.

We’ve spent years supporting some of New Zealand’s largest employers with high-volume recruitment. Along the way, we built a unique dataset of thousands of candidate videos, CVs, and job descriptions.

That experience shaped the creation of PreviewMe’s Video AI Companion — a tool designed not just to automate, but to understand.

Our AI analyses candidate video and text to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit. It removes bias, saves recruiters over 90% of screening time, and ensures every candidate has the chance to be seen for who they are — not just what’s on paper.
